Mshome net что это

OSX $HOSTNAME меняется на iphone.mshome.net?

Терминал OSX Lion, используется для ssh/scp с разными серверами. Иногда хостнейм без видимой причины меняется:

iphone:~ user$ echo $PS1 \h:\W \u\$ iphone:~ user$ hostname MacBookAir.local iphone:~ user$ echo $HOSTNAME iphone.mshome.net

При этом, в других вкладках терминала, на этой же машине, хостнейм остается прежним:

MacBookAir:~ user$ echo $HOSTNAME MacBookAir.local

Как и кто может это делать? Почему только в одной вкладке? Почему именно iphone.mshome.net? Возможно, это связано со сменой точек wi-fi. В гугле ответа не нашел, помогите разобраться.

Друзья, прошу помочь разобраться в совершенно непонятной для меня ситуации. Как-то задавался тут вопросом о наличии адекватного ПО, которое строит карту сети, мониторит её, позволяет применять утилиты и т.д. В итоге всё это время пользовался программой The Dude от MikroTik’а, но те забросили её реализацию (серверную часть) под Венду (а всем машине на ней). В итоге решил попробовать Algorius Net Viewer. При формировании карты сети (сканировании) в качестве инструментов предполагается следующее:
— ARP-ping;
— ICMP-ping;
— DNS;
— NetBIOS;
— SNMP;
— TCP.

Для начала я решил просканировать сеть чисто по DNS-записям и обнаружил, что одна из машин по итогу сканирования возвращает какое-то странное имя: ws19.mshome.net вместо стандартного суффикса ws19.thedomain. И тут я начал копать в этом направлении. Для начала стало любопытно, каким таким образом сканер проверяет DNS, но, увы, реализация зашита в anv_dns.dll, поэтому посмотреть что там и как происходит — нельзя.

Как известно, глянуть DNS-имя можно через nslookup:

Всё в порядке – ws19.thedomain.

Ещё DNS можно глянуть через ping -a – вроде как сначала резволвинг происходит по WINS, а потом по DNS (верно же?):

Ну и вот тут по DNS вылезает это непонятное ws19.mshome.net.

В общем, вопрос: как разобраться где зарыта собака с этим «mshome.net»?

По Интернету начитал следующее:

MShome.net is normal. It happens when you configure Internet Connection Share (ICS) on a computer. The ICS host requires a DNS name. If the computer has not been assigned a DNS domain name then MShome.net is automatically applied to the host computer.

Действительно, на машине активен ICS, но дело в том, что DNS-имя машине выдается (ws19.thedomain), с чего вдруг присасывается этот «mshome.net»?

sometimes I keep getting wrong dns suffix which is mshome.net and wrong DNS server which is 192.168.137.1. The solution that ive been doing is releasing ip and then renew it.

Sounds like a problem with your DHCP server, or you may have a rouge DHCP server configured accidentally. but more detail would be helpful.

You might have a computer on the network with ICS enabled. That machine would be providing IP addresses and a domain name as you’ve seen. Check your computers to see if Internet Connection Sharing is enabled.

We disbaled the ICS in the policy. but there are computers in the network that is not joined iin the AD. So if it occurs again. Its them :). Thanks guys.

Mshome net что это

отключите скрытие расширений файлов, и вы увидите, что второй hosts файл имеет расширение .ics (файл каледаря). Как он там оказался — хз. если не нужен — удалите

Его вообще не должно быть в списке там

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

включите показ расширений, так как показано выше, и увидите что второй называется не hosts, а hosts.ics
это системный файл, удалять его не нужно

можешь спокойно удалить — в файле всё равно всё закоментировано, т.е он не отвечает на запросы. СКорей всего кто-то когда-то пробовал настроить под mshome.net ДНС и забыл/отключил. Если уж совсем параноя замучила, то можете удалить все файлы в папке — после перезапуска компьютера они сами собой возникнут и всё будет в порядке. 🙂

Точнее кто то пытался подключить Ваш компьютер к Windows 2008R2 server, одним словом бандит это.

В системе нет такого файла

Выкинь его и забудь

Увидела. А что собственно случилось? Винда загнулась? А если бы не увидела? Вопросов бы не было? Там ещё много чего можно увидеть. Не надо лезть куда не следует.

Нет «десятки» — нет проблем. ))

Но сегодня на рабочем столе увидела текстовый файл, меня это насторожило. Содержание текста смотрите внизу.

В реестере прогнала на поиск этого файла под которым он был сохранен R@1n

Ничего не нашла.

Антивирус Аваст ничего не нашел.

Сейчас я этот файл удалила в мусор. Этого достаточно?
